VBC School District is offering “free meals” to those who wish to participate. Each Student will be allowed to eat 1 Breakfast meal and 1 lunch meal during the school day. Charges will not be going on to the student meal account, unless they are wanting one item only such as milk, if they brought their meal from home. No change is needed from parents or students. The balance your son/daughter has in their meal account will remain the same unless they purchase extra items.
Afternoon break for lower Elementary grades -This milk is charged to the student account, unless you have signed up for assistance with this program, or your child is attending Head Start or Pre K 4 year olds. Students will continue to go through the service lines like we have been, with the cashier tallying the meals for reimbursement. All Adults will continue to be charged for their meals since the school is not reimbursed for Adult Meals. At this time we have had some online learners express interest in curbside meals pick up, and are providing this opportunity, as long as they continue to come regularly when they have signed up.
