Fairfield’s Carle Sealy Advances to State Cross Country Meet
Fairfield Sr Carley Sealey punched her ticket to the State Qualifying XC Meet Wednesday. Sealey finished with a time of 20:15, good for 10th in the field of 87 runners. As one of the top 15 runners she will now advance to Ft Dodge October 29th,
Pella took the team title in the 3A Qualifier, followed by Harlan and Clear Creek Amana who also advanced.
Other Fairfield finishers included Sr Malina Blomquist with a time of 22:43, good for a 36th place finish. Soph. Coraline Van Pelt 22:55 for 34th.

1A and 2A qualifiers will be run on Thursday. Cardinal and Davis County will be in Williamsburg. In 1A Pekin will travel to Eldora, while Van Buren will be at Iowa City Regina. 1A and 2A qualifiers will be run on Thursday.
The Cross Country runners will be back at it this afternoon when they travel to Ft Madison for the SEC Meet. The meet gets underway at 5 at Rodeo Park
