Fairfield Habitat For Humanity will be accepting applications for our next house, scheduled to be completed in the first part of 2025… from April 1 through May 31, 2024. Applications can be picked up at the ReStore or found online on our website at www.fairfieldhabitat.org. Applicants must qualify based on several metrics, but a few of the main ones are:
- Cannot currently own a home
- Cannot have judgements against you, have filed bankruptcy or gone through a foreclosure in the last 2 years, or be a registered sex offender.
- There are income guidelines (maximum amount of annual income) and that is based on the county’s median income and number in the household.
- Must partner with GFAHFH by completing 200 sweat equity hours per adult per household.
