Birmingham Man Arrested For Probation Violation

A Birmingham man has been arrested after allegedly violating his probation. 50-year-old Bob Maguire stands accused of violating his Probation in Linn County, and has received a charge of conspiracy to commit a non-forcible felony and theft in the first degree. In 2019, Maguire faced charges of burglary after exchanging 16 stolen lottery tickets at a Keosauqua grocery store.

Maguire is currently being held on a $5,000 cash only bond at the  Jefferson County Jail , and his revocation hearing has been scheduled for February 26.
