Henry County Man Ordered To Serve 20 Years in Federal Prison On Drug Trafficking Charges

A Henry County man with a prior federal conviction for drug trafficking was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison recently for distributing meth in Southeast Iowa. 43 year old Jason Earl Davis of New London was also ordered to serve five years of supervised release as well as pay $100 to the Crime Victims’ Fund upon completion of his term. The Henry County Sheriff’s Office began the investigation in 2018. The United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Iowa prosecuted the case.
