Fairfield Teen Requests Suppression of Evidence In Murder Trial

Willard Miller, one of the two Fairfield teens charged i8n the killing of Fairfield Spanish teacher Nohema Graber, is seeking to have his remarks made to police suppressed once again.

Judge Shawn Showers previously turned down a request to suppress that evidence. Millers’ suppression of evidence hearing will be held on March 27th at  9 am at the Jefferson County Courthouse.

Miller’s trial is scheduled for April 24th, 2023, in Council Bluffs.
