The Oskaloosa boys basketball team dropped the Class 3A state championship game to Glenwood 66-62 on Friday night at Des Moines. They had a 24-17 lead after the first quarter. The score was 38 all at halftime and it was still tied at 51 entering the 4th period. The Indians end the season with a record of 23 and 4. Glenwood finished 25 and 2, The Rams were down by 20 in the 2nd quarter of the state opener with Norwalk Tuesday and trailed 40-22 at halftime. They defeated top seeded Cedar Raids Xavier 69-63 in the semifinal round Thursday. Xavier had taken the last 2 state titles in 3A.
